What is a PBX?
A PBX central (Private Branch Exchange) is a telephone exchange owned by a company, responsible for managing internal and external calls. A PBX, can be connected to a specific number of phones to make calls to each other and even connect to a provider of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) or an ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network) both analog and primary.
